The Overlook Hotel stands high in the mountains - cut off from the world, from time, from common sense. It is very quiet here. It is as if the place itself listens and remembers.
Years ago, a man named Jack Torrence arrived here. He was supposed to guard the hotel in the winter, during its closure. Despite the purpose of his arrival, the man plunged into the abyss of madness, and began to destroy everything he once loved.
They say that he killed two twin girls. They were almost not written about in police reports - as if they did not exist.
Children feel and absorb fear. And here, in this hotel, it does not disappear - it multiplies.
